I live in Ft Worth Texas and drove 5 hours to purchase a $34,000 2016 Toyota Tundra Crew Max Limited. When I got there I looked over the truck once and then they took it to get it ready. After going into the finance department, we got in the truck and drove back to Ft Worth Texas. The next weekend when I was off work I took it to Discount tire to get road hazard insurance on the tires. Discount Tire said the back two tires were at 11 and the front drivers side was at 9. But the passenger front was at borderline 3-4. Discount Tire said that tire needs to be replaced and would NOT pass Texas state inspection. The cost of the tire is $247 plus install labor. I also discovered that the jack and tire tool kit that was supposed to be under the seat was not there. I heard something rattling under the hood. When I looked under the hood the clamp that hold the battery in place was not even there. I contacted the dealership and asked for the owner or General Manager but was sent to the salesman who said get an estimate from our closest Toyota dealership. Got the estimate and sent it to the salesperson. Sales Manager said he was not going to pay for the jack or the tire. They said it was traded in without the jack and jack tools. Which tells me they knew it didn't have a jack or jack tools yet CHOOSE to send us 5 hours back home without a jack or the tools to change the tire if we had a flat. WOW I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH. NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! THIS SHOOULD LET YOU KNOW THAT IT IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY WITH THEM, NOT CUSTOMER SAFTEY!!! The total for the missing items and wore out tire is $846.23 I paid $34,000 for this truck and now have to pay another $846.23 to get it the way it should have been when sold. I will be filling complaints with the state of Oklahoma, BBB and the finance company who financed the vehicle so all can see how these people operate. More

We drove 150 miles to purchase this vehicle, never told that the audio/ video did not work. The windshield was cracked and a 1/2 inch divot in it. Bought an Explorer with factory warranty still on it, had small issue, took in once appointment was scheduled, was 230 miles over warranty miles (60,000 had 60230), techs eluded that should be covered from w small issue, took in once appointment was scheduled, was 230 miles over warranty miles (60,000 had 60230), techs eluded that should be covered from warranty or extended warranty, now we are 45 days from bringing it in and neither are "warrantable" issues and they want $9,000 for a new motor. Service Department failed numerous times to return phone calls to keep me in the loop. I will be going to get my car to take elsewhere for the same work, $2,000 less and it has a better guarantee than they have for their motor. Now they expect me to pay $1,700 in labor charges. Overall would never recommend for anything related to cars. Poor customer service and willingness to help out on situation to make correct. Didn't buy a used car 14 months ago with intention to have to put a new motor in it. Also complained about me changing my own oil in it and not having their techs do it. More

I have never been more disappointed. I have been taking my car here for years and even had family going here for the same. Took my truck in for routine maintenance and to get a sunroof leaking issue fixed. my car here for years and even had family going here for the same. Took my truck in for routine maintenance and to get a sunroof leaking issue fixed. Walked away with a completely busted sunroof that now doesn't keep water out or work at all for that matter. Will cost me $3000 to fix it. I also got a false inspection that said my brakes were at 80% when they were at 30%. The service manager Don tried hard to fix the problem, but at that point I was done. I cant trust a place that lies to me, and potentially put my family's safety at risk. Getting rid of the car, and going to another dealer from now on. I will NEVER go back. More
