Poor Service Quality I bought a 2018 F150 from one of their salesmen, Mark in July. I saw it on their website the previous night and took a picture of the total price afte I bought a 2018 F150 from one of their salesmen, Mark in July. I saw it on their website the previous night and took a picture of the total price after rebates. I go there the next day and want to make a deal. They came back and said the price on my picture was invalid and they had conveniently increased it by $1000 on the website. They met in the middle and took $500 off. I was annoyed but whatever, an STX truck was hard to find with the exact specs i wanted. After I bought the truck, all service quality was thrown out the window. They never registered my SYNC 3 after multiple calls and visits to the dealership. I went ahead and called ford myself to register. Tried to get an appointment for an oil change and it took 4 calls and 2 voicemails before someone did their job and scheduled it. No one even called me back after the voicemails. I suggest if you want a dealership that will give you service after paying them $36k for a vehicle, go elsewhere. More
