Service department provides AWEFUL service We have been trying to get the airnag recall taken care of for over 2 months only to continue to receieve empty promises of it being ordered and they We have been trying to get the airnag recall taken care of for over 2 months only to continue to receieve empty promises of it being ordered and they will stay in touch with us. Service Department Fail Again Called on Thursday and scheduled an appointment to have my windshield replaced today. After making the 30 minute drive was told by service department that they couldn’t get window people there until later this afternoon but that I could call them myself if I wanted to. Now I have to drive even further to the glass replacement place just to get a new windshield when I purchased replacement insurance through Joe Cooper. No apology or compensation for my time considered. While I had a great experience with the sales team the service department has not been a good on several occasions. There always seems to be an excuse. More
