Service department provides AWEFUL service We have been trying to get the airnag recall taken care of for over 2 months only to continue to receieve empty promises of it being ordered and they We have been trying to get the airnag recall taken care of for over 2 months only to continue to receieve empty promises of it being ordered and they will stay in touch with us. They keep dropping the ball and since this is a safety issue I guess now our only resort left is to contact the corporate office and an attorney simce it seems they are refusing to take care of a safety recall. Service Department Fail Again Called on Thursday and scheduled an appointment to have my windshield replaced today. Was called back by Rae and scheduled an appointment to have windshield replaced for 8:00 am today. After making the 30 minute drive was told by service department that they couldn’t get window people there until later this afternoon but that I could call them myself if I wanted to. Now I have to drive even further to the glass replacement place just to get a new windshield when I purchased replacement insurance through Joe Cooper. No apology or compensation for my time considered. While I had a great experience with the sales team the service department has not been a good on several occasions. There always seems to be an excuse. More
