It’s important to remember that mistakes can happen anywhere and no one is perfect, so when reading reviews, try to look past the emotions that sometimes come from a frustrated customer. My experience here has been the exact opposite of that frustration. I actually worked with Darcy a few years ago, and he remains the same humble, professional person who helped me then. He always makes time if I have questions or need a quick chat, and he’s incredibly personable. From Darcy, the service manager, to Lauren, my service advisor, the level of professionalism and care has been outstanding. And the glue that really holds everything together is Don, the regional manager (if I have the title right). I came in with some concerns about my truck, and while he was 99% sure nothing was wrong, he still went above and beyond—getting me a loaner and making sure everything was checked thoroughly. He absolutely could have just reassured me and sent me on my way, but he didn’t. That gesture meant a lot and will stick with me. And Lauren isn’t just an advisor reading from a script—she genuinely cares, and it shows. Her communication and understanding every time I brought something up made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, this is the best service experience I’ve had, and I truly appreciate the entire team. More

I purchased a vehicle from Joe Cooper Ford of Yukon in April, and it has been nothing but a nightmare from day one. Within seven days of buying the car, the engine went out completely. Joe Cooper Ford of Yukon assured me they would replace it with a brand-new engine, but instead they installed a used engine without being honest about it. Since then, I’ve had problem after problem, and Joe Cooper Ford of Yukon has refused to help me or get me out of this unreliable vehicle. They kept my car for over a month—and originally refused to provide a loaner until my husband filed a complaint. Even then, no one could ever seem to give me an update on the status. At one point, they even lost my car entirely and made me wait at Joe Cooper Ford of Yukon while they tried to locate it. The level of disorganization and lack of communication has been unbelievable. I have reached out to corporate Joe Cooper Ford multiple times by email, hoping someone would take accountability, but I have received no help, no follow-up, and no responsibility taken at any level. I have been patient and cooperative, but this experience has been one of the most stressful and disappointing encounters I’ve ever had with a dealership. They do not stand behind what they sell, and once they have your money, you are completely on your own. I strongly do not recommend buying a vehicle from Joe Cooper Ford of Yukon or any Joe Cooper. Sincerely, a pregnant toddler mom who just needs a reliable car. More
