Disappointing Second time I’ve made the mistake of using this dealership service center. They do not keep you in the loop of repairs or status. Calling to check on your vehicle doesn’t give you any status. Still has a variable of 3 to 4 days. All repairs were not discussed after the completion of the repair. No discussion at all just sign this and the truck is pulled around. The vehicle was in the shop for 9 Days covered in bird droppings and dust. Windows weren’t even wiped off to ensure a customer drives away safely. The lack of respect and talking down/short to customers has now made me realize they will not change their ways. I will be driving further for service just to avoid constant disappointment with blind repairs. When we are in the market for a new vehicle we will be staying as far away as possible from this dealership. More
