My 1999 F250 Ford diesel work truck was stolen from the service department while there for possible warranty work. Had previous positive experiences with Juan. But after the theft, I was told the following service department while there for possible warranty work. Had previous positive experiences with Juan. But after the theft, I was told the following: 1) they had no liability 2) I was not allowed to file with their insurance nor have any information on who their insurance carrier was 3) they had no cameras on the premises 4) my truck could have been missing for up to 4 days as no inventory was taken 5) the truck was stolen during business hours & driven past the front of the building, out the main gate, with no one noticing, including salesman After all of that, It took -multiple calls to corporate before the general manager contacted me 8 business days after the truck was stolen -threats to hire a lawyer before I was given information speak to their insurance carrier -no call to follow up with police report -dealership refused to work with police investors over lack of camera footage -advised I’d never win in court because of legal team superiority & insurance companies’ policies (by a independent lawyer, not the dealership) Do not use Joe Cooper for any reason, ever! $12k might be nothing in their world but it’s a lot in mine! That truck had sentimental value as well, it was bought new by Grandpa & passed down to us. Drove it across country, to work on bad weather days, carried home my babies from the hospital, and more. Joe Cooper’s logo is “who loves you, Oklahoma?” Well they don’t. They really, really don’t. From my pain, gain this: avoid them!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Looked at trading for a new or used truck. Got lied to by sales woman about price. Tara had no idea what she was doing ! Had my truck serviced there. I will never go back there ever ! Joe Cooper Ford of Shawnee. Promised high, delivered low. Got the almost deal I wanted on a new 2020 F250. They fudged some numbers on their behalf. Had an issue with salesman about service issue and after b Got the almost deal I wanted on a new 2020 F250. They fudged some numbers on their behalf. Had an issue with salesman about service issue and after buying a new truck they put me at the back of the line. They got their money so I was no longer a priority. They lack good customer service and overall people skills. I'll never buy from them again. I will say that the Joe Cooper of Edmond, great people, great customer service. I've bought several trucks in Edmond and never had an issue. Lesson learned. More

Joe Cooper Ford - Shawnee. My daughter purchased a Ford Fusion Hybrid. She drove the car but did not get out on the highway. After she purchased the car and she was driving home the car would not go over 6 Fusion Hybrid. She drove the car but did not get out on the highway. After she purchased the car and she was driving home the car would not go over 65 mph due to the secondary key they gave her. The secondary key was programed as a teen safety so they would not speed. They told her she would have to purchase a master key which was over $250. We ended up getting the key at a different dealership for $160.00. I tried to resolve the issue with the manager and he agreed to call me back after he spoke with the GM but he never called me back to discuss it. One of the salesman, who had nothing to do with the sale of the car, attempted to help me prior to speaking to the manager was the most condescending and rude salesperson I have ever spoken to. Not only will I never do business with this dealership again I would suggest that you not only walk away but run away as fast as you can. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. More
