I'm not sure about sales, but the people running the service counters keep me coming back. Service is quick, personnel are easy to talk to yet professional, work is performed as expected, and the waitin service counters keep me coming back. Copper was super nice and attentive but the issue we came in for is still a problem. I took my Jeep Wrangler to Joe Cooper in hopes of getting a quality repair done on the vehicle. The jeep had an engine tick and it required a substantial amount of Repair. I received a quote and I agreed to a quality repair done on the vehicle. The jeep had an engine tick and it required a substantial amount of Repair. I received a quote and I agreed to the work, hoping that it would be done in the quality manner. Soon after I left the jeep at the dealership I received a call from the service department stating the mechanic could not open the hood of the vehicle I drove from downtown Oklahoma City to the dealership and assisted them in opening the hood of the vehicle. This did not give me any confidence. The repairs were done in a timely manner and for a few weeks the vehicle ran very well. One morning, while driving to work, I hit a small bump in the road, and the check engine light appeared basically shutting the engine down. I made it back to my home and found another way to get to work today. I called the dealership telling them of the issue and received complete denial or any support for helping me in the process. Discouraged, I came home that evening, raised the hood of the vehicle and found that the ignition coil pack on cylinder number one was disconnected. I reconnected the coil drove the vehicle and it’s fully functional something that shouldn’t have happened after the amount of work that was done to the vehicle and for the amount of money I paid for the Repair. I don’t think I will be back for further repairs. More
