Bob, Jan, We understand that was probably frustrating. We appreciate people scheduling ahead of time, but every now and then a service schedule can get thrown off. In the future one thing that might help is to ask to see how long it might take for the work to be completed when you check in. If we're delayed, we can let you know then and offer you a ride to and from the dealership.
