Bought a “CERTIFIED“ used 2021 Jeep Compass in June 2024. We only got 7300 miles out if it before a $15,000 repair! First issue was promised price was not honored after we drove 45 min to them. Then immediately after purchasing I realized two of the tires were BALD, one of the seat belts was not working on there was an issue with the speedometer not functioning properly. Sales guy told me they were not going to fix any of the problems even though it was “certified”. Did a review here and then they wanted to remedy the issues. Second issue, didn’t receive the title until MARCH of 2025. After going around and around with their finance department about it for 6 months I had to file a complaint with the state and eventually got it two months later. The entire time I was throwing money away for insurance for a car I could not drive. Third issue, finally got the registration and drove the car for 7300 miles in total and the TRANSMISSION cooler went out. $15,000 repair. The shop said the fluid looked like sludge there’s no way it had ever been changed let alone any repairs been done before we bought it “certified”. I do not recommend this dealership or any by the same owner this has been a NIGHTMARE of an experience. I’ve basically paid insurance fees for 8 months for a car that couldn’t be driven and now a $15,000 repair (could buy a new car for this) on a car that was supposed to have been certified which they said that only guarantees 3000 miles/3 months. I couldn’t drive it until 8 months in and come on 7300 miles until a major repair on a certified pre owned 2021 Jeep with less than 80k miles on it???? I've reached out to the dealership and have thus far not received any help. Just the runaround More

Terrible experience. I was blatantly lied to when they said they were going to get a truck from their other store in Yukon for a certain price. I arrived after driving I was blatantly lied to when they said they were going to get a truck from their other store in Yukon for a certain price. I arrived after driving a long distance to the dealership and they said they were not able to get the truck from the other store but would sell me one of the ones they had for the same discount. After several hours of wasting my time they never would sell one of theirs for the price they had said they would. By far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. More

Went to look at and ended up buying a used 2020 Jeep Renegade. Car had the least amount of miles that was in my daughter's price range. We did a lot of research and knew what we wanted and already pre-approved for financing. Adam Deathredge was a real pleasure to work with; highly recommend. DO NOT work with Lane the sales manager! He is a class A xxxxxx and is very disrespectful and rude; especially to women!! We almost walked away from the deal until the general manager asked us to come back and he finished the transaction.
