Took 2 hours after checking in for them to pull my car in for an oil change and that was after I went back to the service desk and asked why it was taking so long. I think someone forgot to actually check me for an oil change and that was after I went back to the service desk and asked why it was taking so long. I think someone forgot to actually check me in. I would recommend them but you have to stay on top of the service department as there communication for updates on the vehicle status is lacking a lot. Did let him know that his communication is lacking on keeping me updated on the issue with my vehicle. More
