Don't waste your time making an appointment!!! I made an appointment for 9:00am on Tuesday 12/27/16. I had no problem bring my vehicle in on time. The service person took my information and I explained what was happening to my 2016 vehicle and asked how long it will be. The service person stated the mechanic that looks at my vehicle (because it is a diesel truck) was not in yet and the 2nd mechanic that he will have take a look at it is a little behind so it will be awhile. When I returned at 4:00pm 7 hours later to pick up my vehicle the service person said they have not looked at it yet. I said you have to be kidding me and the service person responses to me by saying you are not the only customer and it might be a few days before I can look at it. I said then way did I make an appointment for 9:00am. I then told the service person to give me my vehicle and I will take it somewhere else. This is the first time I have ever written a review. I just want the people that read reviews to understand the type of service they will receive when they go to this dealership. I have purchased a vehicle from them in the past and had service done before but this time I just cannot justify ever purchasing or have my vehicle serviced there ever again. More
Not a good experience I have had the worst experience with the service dept. I have purchased 2 vehicles from here and the first one was never detailed or looked at before I have had the worst experience with the service dept. I have purchased 2 vehicles from here and the first one was never detailed or looked at before it was given to me and I had to bring it back 2 days later because it had 2 bees nests in it with live bees. I just recently traded my car in for a truck in may and I had to take it back because of a whistling noise. I made an appointment for a Thursday morning and was called back later that day by my service advisor explaining that they couldn't get to my truck until Friday and that I wouldn't be getting it back till Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. When I finally received a phone call back on Tuesday morning, after leaving 3 messages on 3 different people's phones,, it wasn't even started yet and they weren't gonna get to it till later in the day and that it wouldn't be done till the end of the week. The servive manager did what he could and had it back to me by the end of the day but it was a couple hr job and my truck literally sat in the same spot for 5 days and no one bothered to call or even work on it. This will be the last time that I bring my truck there. More
Exceptional service We Iowans were visiting Niagara Falls and discovered that our Chrysler 300 had a flat tire. AAA helped me get the tire temporarily fixed, and gave me the name of Joe Cecconi's dealership. It was a Sunday, and I was amazed that the Service Department was working. I talked with Gary and shared the make and model of the tire we needed to see if he could order one. He said he could order the tire and that is should be available the next afternoon. On Monday afternoon, I drove to the dealership, met Gary and was pleased with how quickly the new tire was ready to go thanks to his professional approach, and during a very busy time when many customers were be serviced. I highly recommend this dealership and service department. Thank you, Gary and the service team.! More

Great service and accommodation for unique issue We've had our Grand Caravan for about 8 years and we've had a stalling problem for a long time. We recently changed to Cecconi through a friend's reco We've had our Grand Caravan for about 8 years and we've had a stalling problem for a long time. We recently changed to Cecconi through a friend's recommendation to see Mike and we couldn't be happier with that decision. Another dealer in Williamsvillle blew off our stalling concern for over 4 years. Shawn from Service took our problem and ran with it. He worked with us to get his best tech on the job, set us up with loaner vehicles, and worked carefully to get us the best price on non-warranty items. He and his team handled our problem within a month. They deserve a lot of credit for believing in our problem and addressing our concerns in a fair and professional manner. I will continue to work with this Dealership for all my vehicle needs and anything new will come from here as well. More
Horrible customer service Ok... So I purchased a brand new 2015 Jeep Grand Cheerokee Altitude from this dealership in 11/2015. The experience was pretty frustrating to say the Ok... So I purchased a brand new 2015 Jeep Grand Cheerokee Altitude from this dealership in 11/2015. The experience was pretty frustrating to say the least but they did a good job of rectifying which I thought was huge. Fast forward to May 2016... The antenna on my brand new truck stop functioning which affects the radio and GPS-- I am a traveling nurse so GPS is a must. I've taken my truck to the dealership 4-5 times to have this repaired. The multiple trips are apparently the result of an untrained receptionist who didn't realize the job would be a bit more extensive. When I finally did get the appt situated and supposedly my truck repaired-- I arrived to retrieve my vehicle with the problem unresolved despite being called by the dealership to pick up my vehicle. They obviously didn't check to assure the job wasn't completed. Good thing I want there to have my brakes repaired; the results could've been deadly... Total incompetents. I wouldn't doubt them installing a used antenna on my new truck that I was hesitant to purchase as I was coming from a Lexus that I truly regret giving up. More
Typical dealer, lies, 3 different answers for same problem Purchased used car they did not want to fix existing transmission problem gave me runarounds after bringing it in 3 times. I was told that the part was not in and would have to special order and will have a 20% chance of fixing problem. After waiting a month from my 3rd (45 minute drive in each way) I called to ask what the part was called and they told me the part was in stock and had 3 in stock and had them in stock, not what Shawn the manager told me. I was scheduled to bring in car on a Wednesday morning and the work would take a day and half. I called Wednesday to add an oil change and they told me car is being worked on , fine Thursday I call to do d out when I can come and pick up car and they told me they did not start on car yet???? WHAT??? I was told they were working o. It yesterday and today (Thurs) they tell me they have not replied they transmission yet. Of course more excuses . After complaining to Justin from costumer service he said he contact me for a free rental, no call back was made in fact I called the next dayFriday and he did not remember me, nice. Anyway I was told car would be ready by end of day after picking up my SUV half way home the engine light goes on, now I have to drive it back 45 min again. Lets see if I have to leave it again. Above & Beyond !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2009 Journey , I had work done on my vechical .It was ball joints . They had fixed that issue and had found that i had engine broblems with lifters an 2009 Journey , I had work done on my vechical .It was ball joints . Service dept was very intune on what was going on and Alex had kept in touch with me during the whole time during the repair . I was provided with a loaner . Which made life easier . There was also a noise problem that sounded like exchaust issues . But it turned out to be engine mounts . They kept on it untill the problem was solved . Kodos to everyone that dealt with my car . They all went above and beyoned to make sure the car was right and i was very satisfied with the results.. After dealing with many other shops that said I dont know or theirs nothing wrong , this will be the only place i will take my car to for any work from now on . Horrible experience Long story short...Had issues before I even signed a contract for my dodge grand caravan...then it was issue after issue from two weeks after I drove Long story short...Had issues before I even signed a contract for my dodge grand caravan...then it was issue after issue from two weeks after I drove it off the lot, ranging from transmission parts needing to be replaced, they made us replace a clock spring that come to find out wasn't even the problem, then the alternator on top of all the other issues all within the first few months of owning this vehicle mr. Jensen and a service employee Alex are the only people I'd have anything good to speak. I was there today, this is the second time in 2 yrs my car started slamming into gear, which they claim my transmission fluid keeps getting low but theres no leak. They wanted me to pay 39.00 today just for them to check it! Then I was asked to think about trading my vehicle in there so I can get another piece of garbage. O ya and somebody that got an oil change other day by them had all there oil leak back out cuz cecconis messed it up!!! Very very poor customer service by many and 2 hrs for a scheduled oil change, and a piece of garbage vehicle I'm not stuck with. More
