I bought a used car, told the salesman i was disabled that was why i was buying the car,was a good sale price.thats where all the good experiance stops. Two months later the driver side window falls into that was why i was buying the car,was a good sale price.thats where all the good experiance stops. Two months later the driver side window falls into the door, two months and less than 1000 miles.since it is past new yorks lemon law,I guess they felt they were being nice offering to fix it for 235, that would be great if I hadnt given them 30000 for two used cars two months ago. I was looking for a used dodge caravan and I happened to see they had a few used ones on their website. I made some phone calls and they told me to come down to the store. I came in the store and they showed me the two I had wanted to see. I took a test drive and things went pretty smooth from there. The sales man was really nice and I was happy with my trade-in and overall price of my vehicle. I didnt feel like I was taken advantage of. I would go there again. More
I went to Joe Cecconi's and I had a wonderful experience. I walked in and was greeted by a very nice women named Jerrica. She brought me to her desk and we went over everything that I wanted and needed, then I walked in and was greeted by a very nice women named Jerrica. She brought me to her desk and we went over everything that I wanted and needed, then she picked out the car because I was not sure exactly what car to go with, I just knew what I needed and wanted in it and she did a wonderful job. She showed me everything on the vehicle start to finish, she even programed my radio stations for me I was very pleased. After we drove the car I was in and out with in an hour it was great, she even sent me a thank you card. I will tell anyone that asks that she was great and so was her dealership. May not be the biggest and nicest looking dealer but definitly was the best expierance I ever had at a dealer. More

That it may be sticking, causing the pad to ware prematurely. The shop sugested I take it to the dealership, that the part my be warrentied. When I brought it in to Cecconi's, I was already in formed that the brakes were low qulity for 2008 Grand Caravan, that wasn't even a year old. I had bought it with only 12 miles on it. I put little over 13k, mostly highway due to my working in Buffalo from Niagara Falls. I was only in there for barly 30 min. I was told nothing was found, maybe it was just dirt or something that made the caliper stick I thought. Upon leaving I nothiced they only drove it 1 mile, and that it didn't even appear they took the tired off. I went back in to ask about how they went about checking the brakes with only driving 1 mile, and not even pulling off the tires to inspect the brakes properly. The Service Mgr told it was possible to check them with out removing the tires. Then why when the are inspected for NY inspection mechanics remove tires to check them. He insisted that nothing was found and that it is possible to check the brake pads with out taking the tires. Not in all my years of having cars have I heard that before. I should"ve had him put it in writing. You go in to any automotive shop and ask them to check the brakes, that shop removes the tires to check them. AWAYS, you see the one side, but there is no way to tell what the other side looks. I also mentioned about how the other place suggested that one of the calipers could be bad. The Superviser insisted that his best mechanic never found a problem. One thing, they never charged me for it. If they tried I would've refused, because they didn't do anything worth paying for. I would've liked for them to even show me what they did, but they didn't even offer that. Their customer service is beyond poor. After I left there not satisfied I made a call to Chrysler Customer Service and informed them of my experience. Even they agreed that the brakes were not properly checked. My adviced, don't trust their word unless you see them do the work. More
I looked at a car, made an appointment to come back later in the week to talk price. I got a call to confirm my appointment the afternoon that I was to go back to the dealership, however the car I was to look at had been sold that morning. The salesperson I was supposed to meet with had gone home, and no one there had the record of my earlier viewing, or any of my information from the first visit. The car I ended up looking at was a new 2008 Gr Cherokee, and the price they were giving me was higher than a new 2009. The only good thing I can say about them is their website, instead of listed sticker price only and make you go in to get the price with all the rebates and incentives, they list that on the web. I was undecided so I left. They called me a lot (good thing for caller ID). A few weeks later I went back and met with Marshall again. Things were going well, I even decided on a higher priced vehicle. When it came time to talk money, we caught him in a lie about the invoice price. We were so disgusted about being lied to so we left very angry. Later that week, I am happy to say that we found a great Dodge dealership in Lockport. I got a vehicle with better bells and whistles plus $1500 more on my trade. The salesman was wonderful and was not shady like they were at Cecconis. The dealership was a lot cleaner and the people A LOT more professional. I will NEVER recommend Cecconis unless you like liars who work in an outdated, ugly place who belong on the set of 'Sopranos' who suck! More
David Dorado sold me a dodge neon. A week after i got it home, it has done nothing but fall apart. I took the car in for service started to explaine to him that he sold me a piece of crap, and he got about home, it has done nothing but fall apart. I took the car in for service started to explaine to him that he sold me a piece of crap, and he got about 4 inches from my face yelling at me and basically pushing my back up against the counter so i coulndt walk away. Accused me of damging my own engine, and transmittion and took NO responsibility for the car. Then it cost me almost 500.00 for service to my car - which i will say, they did a fantastic job of fixing my transmittion.. and was in a timely manner. When i came to pick up the car,i noticed 3 problems. 1.I dropped off the car with a Sabres Magnet, which was about a foot long and about 6 inches tall, from the winter classic. It was gone.. and the tune i got from the service department manager "None of my guys would of taken it." 2. I purchased a new key with a chip in it. It cost 50.00 for the key, and 30.00 for them to program it. When i put it into my egnition, it didnt start the car.. because they didnt program it. 3. Somebody or something hit the drivers side rear end of the car, cracked the lense cover, scuffed up the bumper and dented the bumper. When i told the service Manager, he replied "Its our contention we didnt do anything to your vehicle, it came in that way." - which is not true because if i was driving it for a year with a cracked lense cover, i would have gotten pulled over.
