Pancho is awesome. He is so laid back and extremely funny, but he is also SO honest and is most certainly looking out for the best interest of the costumer. After looking at cars on my first visit, I told Steven not to call and pressure me and that I would be back in two days. If he called me I would not return. When his boss told him to call me the next day, Steve told him he was going to honor my request not to be called. This is a young man with character. I look forward to doing business with him in the future. More

Paid over $9000 for a used mini van and as soon as I drove it off the lot it had problems. Wheel bearing, air handling system in cab, heater hose coolant leak. When I called all I got was, why didn't I buy the service warranty. They also asked if any of the problems were safety issues. The answer is YES, a bad wheel bearing is NOT SAFE. Steve the sales rep was a good guy. When you pay that much for anything and you have immediate problems with the vehicle, that says to me they didn't go through the vehicle like they said they did. when the problems happen immediately the dealer should take care of it and not blow you off with "you should have bought the warranty" I expect better from a Chrysler dealer. The cars are really "as is" and buyer beware. When you say you went thru the car and everything is okay, I assume you are telling the truth and that car is going to be good for at least 30 days let alone the first week. Also beware when you try calling them and all you get is voice mail. More
