Very poor after sale treatment They are quick to sell you a vehicle but after the sale will kick you to the curb. Pancho took the time exploring different options and wasnt pushy about it at all. I did end up getting a new car and with an even lower rate than current financing. He took the time and made sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth, etc. I highly recommend Pancho to anyone on any day. It was well worth the 1/2 hour drive to get there from Buffalo. This had actually been my second A+ car buying experience at this dealer with the same Salesman. I was very pleased indeed. More

Where do I start? So in December I go to trade in my truck for something smaller due to medical issues. I decided on a 2016 Jeep Compass. Had to have someone cosign for me and off with the Jeep I go.... Seems like a smooth transaction right? Well hold on tight this is where it gets rough.... So a few weeks go by and I get a call from the bank for the loan they informed me that because someone (at the dealership) lied on the credit app they can't approve the loan. Great what happens now I call the dealership ask what is going on and who lied about stuff? Still don't know who but they say we have another bank to take the loan I say good let's get this done. Send out paperwork and it gets sent back again!! OK xxx you people do this everyday. So this entire time my traded in truck is sitting at the dealership still not paid off although I've been driving my new jeep now for over a month. And my credit score is taking a beating because they repeatedly tell me they've sent the payoff for it here we are today and the trucks still not paid off! Well finally we get a loan secured only took two and a half months but finally got it done! However still have no registration for the new Jeep and the temporary is expired has been since the 14th. Not to mention the missing 75.00 still hasn't been found nor do we know why it disappeared. If you deal with this dealership only deal with Richard Geiss More
Above & Beyond !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2009 Journey , I had work done on my vechical .It was ball joints . They had fixed that issue and had found that i had engine broblems with lifters an 2009 Journey , I had work done on my vechical .It was ball joints . Service dept was very intune on what was going on and Alex had kept in touch with me during the whole time during the repair . I was provided with a loaner . Which made life easier . There was also a noise problem that sounded like exchaust issues . But it turned out to be engine mounts . They kept on it untill the problem was solved . Kodos to everyone that dealt with my car . They all went above and beyoned to make sure the car was right and i was very satisfied with the results.. After dealing with many other shops that said I dont know or theirs nothing wrong , this will be the only place i will take my car to for any work from now on . Thanx again guys , GREAT JOB !!!!, John N. N.F. I Give Everyone 10+++ for this was a learning experience More
