Terrible Expierence I recently had my Jeep serviced there and I was charged for Keys without my authorization. Prior to my service, I had test drove another vehicle because I was planning on a possible trade but it was too expensive for me. Before the test drive, the Sales Assistant asked for my keys so he can take a picture of my speedometer from my Jeep, in which it was parked on the side of the building because I could not drive the vehicle. He forgot to return my keys to me and I did not realize it until after I left. I thought it would be alright since I decided to service my Jeep there anyways. When I called and made an appointment, I told the Service Advisor that the Sales Department had my keys and I don't know what they did with it. He said to me that would be alright and he will try to look for it. I did have spare keys at home. When the Service Advisor called me and explained to me about my bill, he never informed me about adding Keys to my bill. When I got home, i noticed it cost me an extra $200.00 dollars for the part and programming. I went there the next day and explained to them what and happened and one of the Advisors told me that they will look into it. I haven't heard from the since. This was the worst experience I have ever had and I probably will not I have my Jeep serviced there again unless they reimbursed me for the mistake. More

I went in there looking for a 2016 S.U.V and was told by the finance they'd get me into what my bank would approve me for. Which according to them was a 2017 Jeep Compass. I was not thrilled about the 415 a month payment but it included what I owed on my previous vehicle. These guys really didn't seem to know what they were doing at all, totally all over the place. By the time we got the paperwork all said and done I was mentally and physically exhausted! By this time I just wanted everything done and over with, could always refinance but I wanted my Jeep. A week after I got it, they called me to say I had to come back in and sign again because it wasn't the correct VIN! They acted like it was no big deal, I looked up the Vin that I signed for and luckily it was the same style-no biggy. I looked at the paperwork closely and noticed that they had the wrong birth date and phone number. I had co-signed for my husband 2 weeks prior but I didn't need him for mine. (I only went because they said they would give me such a great deal because he bought one of their vans. After they sold the van he originally put a deposit on.) The lack of communication between all departments is unreal. More
Don't waste your time making an appointment!!! I made an appointment for 9:00am on Tuesday 12/27/16. I had no problem bring my vehicle in on time. The service person took my information and I explained what was happening to my 2016 vehicle and asked how long it will be. The service person stated the mechanic that looks at my vehicle (because it is a diesel truck) was not in yet and the 2nd mechanic that he will have take a look at it is a little behind so it will be awhile. When I returned at 4:00pm 7 hours later to pick up my vehicle the service person said they have not looked at it yet. I said you have to be kidding me and the service person responses to me by saying you are not the only customer and it might be a few days before I can look at it. I said then way did I make an appointment for 9:00am. I then told the service person to give me my vehicle and I will take it somewhere else. This is the first time I have ever written a review. I just want the people that read reviews to understand the type of service they will receive when they go to this dealership. I have purchased a vehicle from them in the past and had service done before but this time I just cannot justify ever purchasing or have my vehicle serviced there ever again. More

Not a good experience I have had the worst experience with the service dept. I have purchased 2 vehicles from here and the first one was never detailed or looked at before I have had the worst experience with the service dept. I have purchased 2 vehicles from here and the first one was never detailed or looked at before it was given to me and I had to bring it back 2 days later because it had 2 bees nests in it with live bees. I just recently traded my car in for a truck in may and I had to take it back because of a whistling noise. I made an appointment for a Thursday morning and was called back later that day by my service advisor explaining that they couldn't get to my truck until Friday and that I wouldn't be getting it back till Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. When I finally received a phone call back on Tuesday morning, after leaving 3 messages on 3 different people's phones,, it wasn't even started yet and they weren't gonna get to it till later in the day and that it wouldn't be done till the end of the week. The servive manager did what he could and had it back to me by the end of the day but it was a couple hr job and my truck literally sat in the same spot for 5 days and no one bothered to call or even work on it. This will be the last time that I bring my truck there. More

I talked with Gary and shared the make and model of the tire we needed to see if he could order one. He said he could order the tire and that is should be available the next afternoon. On Monday afternoon, I drove to the dealership, met Gary and was pleased with how quickly the new tire was ready to go thanks to his professional approach, and during a very busy time when many customers were be serviced. I highly recommend this dealership and service department. Thank you, Gary and the service team.! More
