I have been to this dealership in the past for service related issues. The service team has always been helpful and friendly - especially the brunette that works as the cashier at service. I was on the other side of business this visit looking for a new vehicle. I called David and gave him some information on my vehicle, which new vehicle I was interested in and the amount I wanted to have my payment before I stepped on the lot. If the purchase couldn't fit in these paramenters, I would not be able to purchase at this time. David called me back promptly with 2 options for me. I headed to the dealership and purchased the vehicle I wanted! I must say - the paperwork takes a long time and David probably owes me a lunch! LOL Mr. Nasser was very helpful and informative as we discussed financing options. Before I walked out the door to my new SRX, I was introduced to Ty Bullard. Ty was very friendly and thanked me for doing business with Bullard Cadillac. He also told me that he was available to me should I have any questions. This was a nice final touch to an exciting day! More

I was very much dreading the whole process of shopping for a car and the wheeling and dealing process. With these guys, the process was super easy and most importantly, painless!!!!
