We were traveling from Louisiana to Saraland Alabama. Just outside of Mobile, Alabama the Air-conditioner quit blowing cool air in our car. We had just passed Joe Bullard Cadillac,LLC. We turned back an Just outside of Mobile, Alabama the Air-conditioner quit blowing cool air in our car. We had just passed Joe Bullard Cadillac,LLC. We turned back and drove into the repair section of this Cadillac place. As we drove up Jessica Guy asked if she could help us. We felt sure we would have to return the next day after appointment would be made. At our surprise she said, sure we can help. We told her what it was doing and they showed us to a nice lounge ares to wait. She came back soon with the news of what was wrong. After we gave her a "yes" to continue, they proceeded to repair our car. She came to let us know how it was progressing at intervals. We then went to make payment and was assisted by Heather Rojas. She was very polite and courteous. We then soon in our nicely cooled car and on our way to our destination. Than you Everyone!!!! More
Traveling from Carrollton, GA to Biloxi, MS on April 20, 2012, I experienced a shut-down of everything on my Cadillac SRX about 110 miles from Mobile, and not near another dealer. I contacted my dealer an 2012, I experienced a shut-down of everything on my Cadillac SRX about 110 miles from Mobile, and not near another dealer. I contacted my dealer and they tried to help, but said it sounded serious. I found your dealership on the web and called, reaching Heather Rojas. I explained my situation to Heather and she gave me very clear directions to the dealership and said they would be waiting for me to arrive and diagnose the problem as quickly as possible. When I arrived, it seemed that everyone in the service department knew why I was there. Dean Hauge had the car placed in a mechanic's stall immediately. EVERYONE was extremely nice! I met Jennifer Wells who was also familiar with my problem. I told them all that I received that kind of attention at my home dealership, Walker Cadillac in Carrollton, GA, but didn't expect to receive that kind of attention so far from home. After about an hour, Dean said it might take most of the afternoon to repair/replace the electronic component that had failed. Apparently, they had all agreed to put me in a 2012 Cadillac loaner car to complete my trip. Dean even said that he would bring my car to Biloxi, MS and swap cars with me over the weekend, which he did on Saturday! I have had follow-up calls to make sure everything was OK. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE!!!!! The General Manager will receive a letter from me commending the staff in a few days. More

When I called the Service Department, for this most recent service, Heather Rojas easily answered all my questions and offered excellent advice about bringing my Saturn VUE in for some repair. Ms. Rojas was very friendly and very customer oriented during our conversation. I appreciate her communication and professionalism very much. As for leaving the Saturn VUE, I have always dealt with Dean Hauge, who has always been super in addressing the needs of my Saturn VUE. Dean has always been friendly, professional and accomodating in seeing to the service of my vehicle. I cannot give Dean enough accolades in regard to the number of times I have brought my Saturn VUE in for repair/service and his having returning my vehicle in a timely manner. Dean Hauge is the best (even if he is an LSU fan)! In regard to this last visit, Dean was out of pocket so another gentleman worked up the repair request. I do not remember his name, but he was very friendly and professional. In the time I have been bringing my '07 Saturn VUE to Cadillac for service/repair, I have interacted with various employees in the Service Department. I have not encountered any employee that has not been friendly and shown a willingness to assist me in regard to taking care of my vehicle. You gentlemen/ladies are the best! Keep up the good work! We have owned 3 Saturns and with the last 2 have dealt with Dean Hauge @ Saturn of Mobile and now, Joe Bullard Cadillac. Dean has always been helpful, courteous and professional in handling the details of our car maintenance. He is very dedicated to taking care of customers, which means a great deal to us. In addition, the quality of the work and reasonable prices make this a favorable experience. I also have had Heather Rojas wait on me when I pay for the service. She is very courteous and has called the next day to inquire about the quality of my experience when I brought my vehicle in. Joe Bullard has a nice waiting area, complete with doughnuts, coffee, cold drinks, TV, magazines and comfortable places to sit while waiting. Many of the staff who pass through this area speak and are friendly, which is nice. I appreciate Joe Bullard Cadillac and especially Dean. More
