The price was fair, the staff was amazingly friendly, and the deal was worth the 4 hour drive. The vehicle could have used a little more cleaning, but I bought a used vehicle. I am a Saturn person. I bought 3 new Saturns here in Mobile and my daughter bought a used one in California. (Unfortunately, the used Saturn from Cali is now leaking oil and would cost too much to repa Mobile and my daughter bought a used one in California. (Unfortunately, the used Saturn from Cali is now leaking oil and would cost too much to repair). The first Saturn that I bought was for my daughter's graduation from High School in 1994. The staff sang to my daughter when she picked it up. She later drove that Saturn to California when she graduated from Univ of Mobile. All it needed was a clutch when she sold it. My brother who worked at the Saturn plant in Springhill, watched my daughters Saturn SLI being built there at the plant. After the Saturns were no longer being built in Springhill, my brother continued to work at GM and finally took an early retirement. Yes, I'm very happy to have this dealership to fix my Saturn now as they take pride in fixing Saturns. I do miss the Saturn Dealership and it makes my heart sad whenever I have my car fixed at Joe Bullard's since Saturn is gone. In fact, I had tears in my eyes this last time I had my Saturn VUE repaired as my mother just passed away in Columbia, Tenn on April 24th 2012 at age 88. My brother had brought my mom & dad down to Columbia, Tenn to retire after he got transferred down to Springhill, Tenn for his job at the Saturn plant. My Dad passed away in Columbia, Tenn 5 yrs ago. Both my dad and mom loved my Saturn VUE. Most of the time when I was having repairs done to my Saturn VUE, it was to drive to Columbia, Tenn to visit my parents and brother who was working at the Saturn plant in Springhill. Traveling from Carrollton, GA to Biloxi, MS on April 20, 2012, I experienced a shut-down of everything on my Cadillac SRX about 110 miles from Mobile, and not near another dealer. I contacted my dealer an 2012, I experienced a shut-down of everything on my Cadillac SRX about 110 miles from Mobile, and not near another dealer. I contacted my dealer and they tried to help, but said it sounded serious. I found your dealership on the web and called, reaching Heather Rojas. I explained my situation to Heather and she gave me very clear directions to the dealership and said they would be waiting for me to arrive and diagnose the problem as quickly as possible. When I arrived, it seemed that everyone in the service department knew why I was there. Dean Hauge had the car placed in a mechanic's stall immediately. EVERYONE was extremely nice! I met Jennifer Wells who was also familiar with my problem. I told them all that I received that kind of attention at my home dealership, Walker Cadillac in Carrollton, GA, but didn't expect to receive that kind of attention so far from home. After about an hour, Dean said it might take most of the afternoon to repair/replace the electronic component that had failed. Apparently, they had all agreed to put me in a 2012 Cadillac loaner car to complete my trip. Dean even said that he would bring my car to Biloxi, MS and swap cars with me over the weekend, which he did on Saturday! I have had follow-up calls to make sure everything was OK. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE!!!!! The General Manager will receive a letter from me commending the staff in a few days. More

We were traveling from Louisiana to Saraland Alabama. Just outside of Mobile, Alabama the Air-conditioner quit blowing cool air in our car. We had just passed Joe Bullard Cadillac,LLC. We turned back and drove into the repair section of this Cadillac place. As we drove up Jessica Guy asked if she could help us. We felt sure we would have to return the next day after appointment would be made. At our surprise she said, sure we can help. We told her what it was doing and they showed us to a nice lounge ares to wait. She came back soon with the news of what was wrong. After we gave her a "yes" to continue, they proceeded to repair our car. She came to let us know how it was progressing at intervals. We then went to make payment and was assisted by Heather Rojas. She was very polite and courteous. We then soon in our nicely cooled car and on our way to our destination. Than you Everyone!!!! More
