Was informed that I'd be financing 36, instead of 42 months, negative equity I am sure. More

I brought our '03 Saturn Vue, with 103,000 miles) in for routine maintenance and to check for why occasional sluggish starts. Dean advised me that the transmission needed to be replaced. He answered my immediate questions and was very helpful. I was given a loaner car (pre-owned car by Damos) to use. Dean was very patient, understanding and supportive, giving us time to make the decision whether to repair or purchase another vehicle. We made the decision to repair and it was done in a very timely manner. The day I picked it up, in Dean's absence, Ricky and Jennifer assisted me and were very helpful and courteous. Elizabeth waited on me at checkout and was also very courteous and helpful. This is our 3rd Saturn vehicle and Dean has been taking care of us for a number of years @ Saturn and Joe Bullard.
