When I arrived at the store as I browsed in the lot Mr. Williams greeted me with a smile making me feel very special. His professionalism and caring attitude was exceptional. Rich is a great guy and the most honest car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He gave me and my Dad his honest opinion about his used car selection and did his best to show me cars th have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She has a hearing loss and well she gets taken advantage of right much or people just don't have the patience to listen and understand exactly what she is saying. When my daughter called me & explained to me that her car has not been working for some time and shes been bumming rides from friends to the grocery store and appointments. Sometimes she can't get to her appointment because of no ride. I could not have that. She also told me she called Heather from Joe Bullard. Heather was so very UNDERSTANDING and very PATIENCE with Juanita with what her car may need. After Heather finished speaking with Juanita she took the time to call me, in Va.,to explain what she told about the car so we can compare notes to see what we can do. Heather got the car towed there and put it in Kevin Busbys hands. Once he looked the car over he called me back and he was just as nice as Heather. It was great working with these 2 people from Joe Bullard. I believe they are a real asset to your company. My daughter is very happy with her car, I don't feel you took advantage of us at all, I would and my daughter would recommend your company to our family and friends that's in the area. Hello, I had been searching for a new car for the past few months, when I visited this particular dealership my family and I received service like no other. I really enjoyed my visits there! We drove over two hours to get to the dealership and was pleasantly surprised at how easy everything went. The price was exactly what we had discussed and our trade in was also a good price. Everyone was extremely professional and made sure that we were completely satisfied. They had everything ready before we arrived so it took very little time. We have purchased 6 cars in total and this was by far the easiest car purchasing experience ever. The drive was worth it, and I'm sure we will be back in the future. More

Ty and Roosevelt were outstanding. Ty made the purchasing experience pleasent and fast. Allowed me to drive the train. I felt like I was allowed to pay what I considered to be a fair price. Took the time to explain the SRX features and did a wonderful job demonstrating each of them. I didn't feel like I was being rushed out the door so he could move on to his next deal. After his demos, my wife felt very comfortable behind the controls of her new SRX and there was no hesitation knwoing she had to drive it back to our home (2 hrs away). I don't remember the names of all the individuals I met but, each one of them was very professional and helpful. I felt like they really appreciated my business and treated my wife and I in a professional manner. The kind of people you would stop by to see at the dealership just to say hello. I would recommend to friends/family that they give Joe Bullard dealership an opportunity to sell them a vehicle. However, one thing I don't care for is asking me for a review and tell me if it doesn't match the "why" it will not be accepted. If you are the judge and jury of what an acceptable "reason for rating is", don't use it. I may think it's clear and does match my ratings. What would motivate me to fill out a survey after reading that it may or may not be accepted? My opinion should be considered no matter what I decide to say. Afterall, I have to/forced write at least 25 words, they should count. Sounds like pressure and one of the reasons I chose Ty and the Joe Bullard family is they didn't apply any. Ty and Roosevelt spent enough time with me to know how I feel/what I mean. Thanks again to Ty, Roosevelt, and the entire team at Joe Bullard. PS Does this pass the rating/why test? More

I wish I could remember the "voices" I spoke with also! I have been so satisfied with the quality of service that we have received from Joe Bullard that I have never hesitated to tell people abo with also! I have been so satisfied with the quality of service that we have received from Joe Bullard that I have never hesitated to tell people about it. We have an old, 1990, Mitsubishi Montero. We bought it used and it had been through "a lot" to put it mildly. Yet, it rode so smooth we decided it was worth putting a little work into it. We started off at Joe Bullard and from the first visit we decided that would be the place to stay. This car has over 240,000 miles on it and it still, thanks to the service at Joe Bullard, sounds and rides like a new one. Has it been expensive? It hasn't been cheap but thinking about the age and what it's been through, I believe that the overall costs have been extremely fair. The quality of the workmanship is well worth it. We've never had to come back after work was done because something was still "not right". There won't be any problem coming back in the future for preventative maintenance, or any other work we may need done. More
