My husband met Rich Borden on Friday. He looked at a few cars. We went back on Saturday and looked at two. Rich was very helpful, willing to let us test drive and look at any vehicles. We began looking at numbers. Rich told us what they could offer and we accepted. We had a few things we wanted extra key, touch up & a good cleaning. Rich took care of it. My husband was given a loaner during the time the car was being detailed. Rich was also able to locate the original mats & headrest. We really appreciate Rich following through and being a man of his word. Our son & daughter are very please with their new vehicle! More

I was very impressed with the service I received. I was given a free car wash , vacuum and my tires was done. I was given a coupon to use to get my cost to the price I was expecting it to be. 1) Customer Service should of been better in that I was thrown a few curve xxxxx after being or not being informed correctly. see follow on criteria. 2) Quality of paperwork seems to be in order , even thrown a few curve xxxxx after being or not being informed correctly. see follow on criteria. 2) Quality of paperwork seems to be in order , even though I thought I'd signed a few extra documents to correct others mistake. 3) Friendliness, of the staff I met, presented themselves to the customer with open arms, represented their organization very well. 4) Overall Experience was somewhat different at the end, vehicle not ready once all the documents are signed, then the customer is informed. 5) Price good, payments I am making are actually as if I was buying the car. Was informed that I'd be financing 36, instead of 42 months, negative equity I am sure. More

Kevin has always been cordial, thorough, and respectful when explaining what needs to be done and why. I brought our '03 Saturn Vue, with 103,000 miles) in for routine maintenance and to check for why occasional sluggish starts. Dean advised me that the transmission needed to be replaced. He answered my immediate questions and was very helpful. I was given a loaner car (pre-owned car by Damos) to use. Dean was very patient, understanding and supportive, giving us time to make the decision whether to repair or purchase another vehicle. We made the decision to repair and it was done in a very timely manner. The day I picked it up, in Dean's absence, Ricky and Jennifer assisted me and were very helpful and courteous. Elizabeth waited on me at checkout and was also very courteous and helpful. This is our 3rd Saturn vehicle and Dean has been taking care of us for a number of years @ Saturn and Joe Bullard. We are very, very appreciative of the way he treats us, always in a kind, courteous, patient, efficient, helpful and professional manner. More
