I recently purchased my mom a 2011 Toyota Camry SE from Joe Bullard Cadillac in Mobile, Alabama. It was my first experience shopping online and I had reservations because I like to touch, see, feel, something before I commit to buying, especially a large purchase such as a car. I sent the dealership an email and Crystal Well responded quickly. She was absolutely excellent and put me at ease with the whole online car buying experience. She answered all my questions I had about the car and eliminated all reservations I had about buying online. Curtis Williams handled the whole paperwork process and went above and beyond to get all pre-visit paperwork to my home in the Birmingham, Al. area without tipping off my mom that she was getting a car, being that all my business mail is sent to her address. Curtis was on site at the dealership when I arrived to pick up the car in Mobile and walked me through the remainder of the process. He was hospitable, courteous, professional and a pleasure to meet. He made me and my girlfriend feel right at home and met our every need. He honored everything he said he would do before I arrived and everything was in perfect order when I arrived. Thanks to Curtis I was at the dealership less than 30 minutes and was quickly on the road with my mom's new car. Not to say that a longer stay at the dealership would not have been enjoyable as the atmosphere at the dealership was very comfortable, relaxed, and the furnishings were plush. My mom was totally in awe when she received the car as it was her first in almost 20 years. Crystal Wells, Curtis Williams and the staff at Joe Bullard Cadillac come highly recommended. When I read the dealerships company history and saw that the company’s central theme was continued commitment to Honesty and Integrity I felt at home. Honesty and integrity are two principles I was raised on and try to live by today. Took my old car in for service. Kevin was very honest with us on the cost , When we realized it would be better to purchase a new car we looked around the showroom. Leonard approached us. My husband doesn't like to be pressured by sales personel. It was raining out and the car was in the front of the dealership. Leonard drove it around where I could look at it out of the rain. He kept talking to me and sort of left Jerry alone-which was good. He didn't pressure us. When I got home I decided that was the car I really wanted and Leonard had been a great help. Jerry called Leonard and said to hold the car and we would be back the next morning. Someone was looking at the car. Leonard said he would call us back when he found out if it was still available. He called back right away. The next day we went back, by the time we got all the paperwork done and Leonard showed me how to run the car we were there almost 3 hrs. Leonard was very patient with me-going over everything. Ty came out and presented me with a new iPad-which you get when you buy an XTS. What a surprise. We were treated like Royalty by everyone!! More
