My experience purchasing a used car from Joe Bullard Cadillac was the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. This was the first time I left a car lot, after buying, without feeling like I was Cadillac was the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. This was the first time I left a car lot, after buying, without feeling like I was pressured. The salesman was calm, collected, and patient. The whole environment, from the first time I pulled on the lot to look until I drove off in the purchased vehicle, was completely hassle-free. Service Rep.. Good rating... However, I have a couple of issues that have been addressed with the quality of workmanship with servicing my vehicle... During 2012 my cadillac escalade was overfilled with oil issues that have been addressed with the quality of workmanship with servicing my vehicle... During 2012 my cadillac escalade was overfilled with oil during service..and greasy hand prints were on the console and door handle inside... My interior is very light... It was so obvious.. But I had to bring it to the attention of the dealer.... During 2013... The gasket on the oil pan was replaced, due to leaking oil... After the repair... It continued to leak... Took it back 4-22-13.... The oil filter was not replaced properly... Somehow details are not being taken care of that could cause major damage to the engines... I love Cadillac, and I will continue... ... I have dealt with Kevin, Heather, and Jennifer... All are always very attentive, nice and neatly professionally dressed... , And greet the customer well.....However, I feel I needed to address my concerns with workmanship.... More
