I really must say that this was by far the BEST dealership that I have visited in FL as well as in Mobile AL. Other dealers turned me away without even trying to put me in a vehicle due to my credi dealership that I have visited in FL as well as in Mobile AL. Other dealers turned me away without even trying to put me in a vehicle due to my credit score but Andrew and Jon busted their xxxxx (excuse the french) to make sure that I left the state of AL with not only a car that I LOVE but also a car that I could actually afford! I am extremely impressed with this dealership and I will definitely be back to see this dealership also I will be making sure to personally bring my friend out to visit this company. I will specifically be looking to do business with Andrew and Jon they were awesome Jon would not take no for an answer when it came to getting me financed and Andrew knew EXACTLY how to read my mind and refused to put me in a financial bind when it came to picking a car. These two gentleman even stayed out to practically 8pm just to make sure I was approved by a bank!! I am truly thankful to have had been able to have these men work the case with my car!! In one case I was ignored all together and when they finally did acknowledge me it was a bother to answer any of my questions. I do have to say though I do owe each and everyone of them a thank you because if it was not for them I would not have made a visit to Joe Bullard. Within a minute Scott Howie welcomed me and offered his assistance, he was very friendly and professional and he was also very knowledgeable on all my questions. When i made my decision on the vehicle I wanted, Scott and Richard handled the whole transaction very smooth and efficiently and for the first time ever in my life of buying a car I felt comfort and free of buyer's remorse. So all in all I have to say thanks to the warm and friendly atmosphere and outstanding staff, I had an excellent car buying experience. More

Heather wwent the extra mile to always ask if there was anything else I needed and cheerfully took care of my concerns. We have lived in Mobile for over 20 years and have visited quite a few care repair people. Not satisfied with most of them. Since coming to Joe Bullard with our aging Mitsubishi a while back I can now visited quite a few care repair people. Not satisfied with most of them. Since coming to Joe Bullard with our aging Mitsubishi a while back I can now say that we have a place to go with repair problems that we can trust and depend on for honesty and quality. We've dealt with different people at different times and I wish I could remember all their names but I can't. Suffice it to say that every single person, from the first phone call on, has been not just professional, courteous, but extremely friendly. The smiles don't seem phoney they appear to be actually real. (you can tell when they are real, the corners of the mouth turn up and reach the eyes! ) LOL. Seriously, we have had a Nissan and an older Ford Ranger in for repairs too and each time we came away with a smile of our own due to the quality and courtesy. My husband& I both felt like they were more about putting us in the car of our dreams than the usual treatment a person gets from a Dealership. I am not one to write reviews on anything ever but i would love to have had some true/honest reviews to have read. I have had my SRX Cadillac 1 week everything about the entire process has been just plain Simple & Exciting because our consultant did all the running and all the work for us, oh i did have 1 issue, i forgot headphones at Joe Bullards and I live about 3/4 hr drive away in Monticello,Ms. I called them &UPS has already dropped them at my door.
