I arrived at the dealership early on a Monday morning. I was greeted upon arrival. Then I was introduced to Patrick Norton. He was very friendly and was eager to make sure that I found the car I was looking was greeted upon arrival. Then I was introduced to Patrick Norton. Each person was extremely friendly, supportive, informative, and treated me like I was family. One day, I was there for 6 hours with Eric Minardo test driving cars, going over different options, and receiving advice from him as well as Dean Minardo. He even skipped his lunch break for me. They were so patient and spent an enormous amount of time with me to get me what I was looking for within my price range. Most importantly, I never felt like I was being rushed into anything. Eric Minardo was my sales representative and he kept me updated on everything over the span of a month and a half. No other salesperson, in the past or this time, has ever kept me so informed and taken such good care of me. Although Eric was my sales representative, I felt like everyone took ownership of me and had my best interest at heart. Ben Jackson really looked out for me as well and was a joy to work with. I can’t thank Rene’ Thibodaux enough for going the extra mile to make sure I was a very happy customer. Curtis truly knew what he was doing when he brought the two of us together, because Rene’ is someone who listens to the customers, posing no kind of pressure whatsoever. He’s a very kind man, indeed! My husband and I made a decision to purchase a larger vehicle. He did research online and found several vehicles that we liked, we visited the other dealerships but did not like the vehicle amount , the vehicle. When we got there we had a chance to look at the vehicle and test drive it and fell in love with the truck. I liked the fact that they provided us with the carfax information as well. The rating that I gave them was well deserved they listened to what we wanted and thats what we got. We also had our special needs son with us and they made sure that he was comfortable by offering something to drink and sometimes by interacting with him, this was a big plus for me so I will definitely be refering Rich, Jon, and Joe Bullard to familhy and friends.
