Mr. Bruce I want to apologize to you for your experience at our dealership. This is a business of detail and we certainly missed that detail on this occasion. We try and stress to our team the importance of greeting and being quicker than anybody else but sometimes, myself included, we make mistakes and fail. I will be the first one to admit to my many mistakes on a daily basis that I try and learn from and not allow to happen again.
