I emailed the dealer on the 4th of July got a response on the 5th from a salesman named bill . Told them about my trade and the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I live 2 hrs away so he said he would email me a the 5th from a salesman named bill . Told them about my trade and the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I live 2 hrs away so he said he would email me a trade form so they could get an idea of the value of my trade . He sent the form like 3 times but never had a trade in form with it . So this guy Tony had sent the same form but his finally did include the section for the trade in value. This all finally took place on Monday the 8th before noon . So I waited most of the day for them to get back and finally I tried contacting them by 5pm with no luck I left a message and an email still no response. I called first thing Tuesday morning the 9th and spoke to Bill . He informed me he had the info and apologized that they didn’t get back to me and the guy in question was in a meeting , so he would get right back when he gets out . Then Bill called me back in a few minutes to inform me they SOLD the truck yesterday afternoon around 3pm to some one else . Dealership has good prices but not very good at customer service. More

My experience seems very similar to the other negative reviews. I had an appointment with this dealer about a used Jeep Grand Cherokee on their lot. They refused to budge on the price despite this and even acted like they were doing me a favor by making an offer to trade in my existing vehicle. Run, don't walk away from this place. More

We were traveling from LA to PA when our truck broke down. We were towed to Joe Bowman Auto Plaza in Harrisonburg, VA. Although they were totally booked, they made time to diagnose the problem. Brandon and Steve worked through their lunch hour when the part came to get us back on the road! We are so grateful they made time to help us while maintaining there current schedule for their other customers! In addition Brandon and Steve explained the problem thoroughly and fixed it properly.
