I had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change on my 2019 Yukon. They knew I was waiting for the vehicle. After 50 minutes it was still sitting in the same parking spot. After 5 minutes standing at the table waiting for a service writer, a gentleman asked if he could help. I explained i could wait no longer for this service and wanted my keys back. He said they got backed up. I asked why I wasn’t informed and he didn’t have an answer. That was my first and most likely my last trip to their Service Dept. More
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I had to have my Canyon serviced and between Carmen the Service Manager, Mark the Service Advisor and the Service Foreman Bill S.had done such an exce I had to have my Canyon serviced and between Carmen the Service Manager, Mark the Service Advisor and the Service Foreman Bill S.had done such an excellent job at handling my issue with my Canyon. After numerous times with the check engine light coming on, (yes, they were all scratching their heads) but they worked very hard and many long hours to find the problem & fix it. Mark & Carmen both kept me notified of everything they were doing to make sure my truck was correct & safe. Bill, the Service Foreman had gone out of his way by staying way later to make sure this issue was resolved. These guys definitely need to be recognized for such EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I really appreciated all the hard work and time they put into my truck and truly look forward to seeing them again for any future services needed but hopefully it will just be an inspection and oil change next time! These guys are really GREAT! Again, I am truly satisfied & would definitely recommend them! More
I"ve had a great experience wit the service department, I came to Joe Ball as I have a 36' RV with a Workhorse chassis that had begun to show several computer error messages. Mark the service manager was friendly and efficient. He gave me an appointment that fit my schedule, and expedited the work, as I was due to leave for a family reunion in Cape Cod. The service was done quickly and thoroughly. Both Luke the mechanic and Mark explained what the problems had been and what the repairs entailed. On return several months later I took it there for an inspection and some work on the ABS, and several other more minor repairs. I was asked to leave it there in case parts needed to be ordered. Again the service was prompt and thoroughly explained. The first time I brought it in was right after several recalls, and you could tell from the parking lot that they were extremely busy. This made their attentive and careful explanations all the more impressive. An added surprise was that the bill was reasonable. When I showed the work order and the bill to the service manager of the RV place I stored it at, you could tell he was surprised and he mentioned that it was a good deal. I know this review seems like Polly Anna speak. I tell you I have no connection to this place,, am 70 years old and have had an RV for 20+ years. This is the best combination of service and attitude that I've ever seen. I asked them how I might write this letter. More
Outstanding Service Iwas traveling Route 8 when my wheel fell off that was repaired a week prior at a National Tire & Battery chain. I had alled Joe Ball because I was about a 1/2 mile away. Never beingin Joe Ball GMC before, I can say the Service team was tremendous. They gave me a tow company to call, after waiting 20 minutes I was loaded up & on my way to Joe Ball. When I arrived they were fantastic, they immediately wrote up my vehicle and askd me if I needed a car to use to continue my errands.....Who does that??? I was there about 45 minutes total, 2 hours later I got the call my vehicle was done. SUPERB !!!! I am now a full blown Joe Ball customer for life. As for aftermarket shops, tire stores ect., JOE xxxxx LABOR IS CHEAPER PER HOUR THAN ANY AFTERMARKET CHAIN. (and my tires are still attached) More
