If I could leave half a star I would. Researched 2 vehicles before arriving. Once I arrived, both vehicles were being used by managers. The salesman was completely uninterested and dismissive. After waiting for thr manager to get all of his belongings out of one of the vehicles, I was simply not impressed. It looked as though he had just came from a camping trip. The miles were at a 5k increase from what's advertised online but the price remains the same. So, the second vehicle I was interested in was also being used for personal use and I was instructed to come back in a couple hours after he is done with his doctor's appointment. I'm not really sure if I wasn't taken seriously because of my age or race but either way totally and completely unacceptable and highly disappointing. The salesmen never even asked for my name, told me his name, or even showed me any other options. More

Drove all the way from Oxford to Southaven because I saw a Ford F-150 that I really liked. I was completely interested in buying and was planning on buying but the blower motor on the passenger side was mes a Ford F-150 that I really liked. I was completely interested in buying and was planning on buying but the blower motor on the passenger side was messed up. We came to an agreement that when it was fixed that I would then buy the vehicle. A few days later they are wanting me to pay upfront before fixing it! That is ridiculous and extremely shady! And I literally kept telling them to just fix it first and I’ll be down there that week to buy it from them but they refused. Only reason I can see that they would want me to pay first is to not end up fixing it and screwing me in the deal More
