I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the unethical business practices I have encountered, misleading advertising, and the unacceptable lack of timely response to my inquiry. I clearly sent a request for information through your Chevy website at the discount price listed online in my request $28,845.00 The car is now being advertised online at $32,845.00 The discrepancy between your advertised price and the now listed online price constitutes misleading advertising and is an unethical business practice. Furthermore, the previous and subsequent events have only compounded my concerns. On Feb 6th I visited this location and test drove a blue trail blazer and expressed my interest. I was not happy with the price, so I continued to look around. I visited Jimmy Grey Chevrolet again on Saturday Feb 23rd to test drive the car at hand. I again told my salesperson I was interested, the price was right, and I drove it. After no follow up I submitted the request through Chevy and still have not heard from the dealership. This lack of timely response is unacceptable and further demonstrates a disregard for customer satisfaction and ethical conduct. More

Even after buying a new Sierra in 2023, I was elated to know I could still take my vehicle to them for my services. The staff has been nothing but nice and totally honest. But I did have one incident there and I'm sure it was a mistake. After an oil change on my 2023, the tech did not tighten up my oil filter and a puddle of oil was spilled on my drive way. This really could have been catastrophic. However, once I notified the service department, specifically speaking to Nick, he fixed the issue and awarded me a free oil change. Other than that, I am currently needing a repair for my coolant system in which I will be dropping my truck of soon. The downside to that is, I was informed they don't have any loaner vehicles. More
