Even after buying a new Sierra in 2023, I was elated to know I could still take my vehicle to them for my services. The staff has been nothing but nice and totally honest. But I did have one incident there and I'm sure it was a mistake. After an oil change on my 2023, the tech did not tighten up my oil filter and a puddle of oil was spilled on my drive way. This really could have been catastrophic. However, once I notified the service department, specifically speaking to Nick, he fixed the issue and awarded me a free oil change. Other than that, I am currently needing a repair for my coolant system in which I will be dropping my truck of soon. The downside to that is, I was informed they don't have any loaner vehicles. More

If I could leave half a star I would. Researched 2 vehicles before arriving. Once I arrived, both vehicles were being used by managers. It looked as though he had just came from a camping trip. The miles were at a 5k increase from what's advertised online but the price remains the same. So, the second vehicle I was interested in was also being used for personal use and I was instructed to come back in a couple hours after he is done with his doctor's appointment. I'm not really sure if I wasn't taken seriously because of my age or race but either way totally and completely unacceptable and highly disappointing. The salesmen never even asked for my name, told me his name, or even showed me any other options. More
