A nice touch that shows he remembers his customers. The service technician brought me parts to inspect with recommendations which I agreed with. When vechicle was finished explained work performed, results of inspections performed and recommendation. Overall a very good experience More

Thankful for the care. I had recently went to another dealership to have a noise on my '18 Corolla looked at. That dealership was very dismissive and didn't seem to care to I had recently went to another dealership to have a noise on my '18 Corolla looked at. That dealership was very dismissive and didn't seem to care to look into it because the noise didn't make an appearance in a short drive around their building. I was feeling discouraged, but knew that I had to have it looked at by someone who seemed as concerned as I was that my brand new car was making a noise. Greggory Schramm at Jim White Toyota did just that. He expressed the same concern as me and went above and beyond to look into the problem. Greg even set me up with a loaner car for the day so I could complete my errands while they could investigate. Just overall thankful and grateful for the great customer service. More
