We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us. It is not our policy to let unhappy customers leave the store without their issues being resolved. We strongly desire to resolve any negative issues while you are at the dealership. I would personally like to extend my apologies on behalf of the dealership for the troubles you encountered. It is apparent the communication was poor. That is unacceptable. It is important to us that this does not happen again to another customer. We have taken measures with our personnel to communicate better so that this type of situation doesn't happen again.
