Ted who I was not happy with helped me today and was very sincere and professional. I had rails that I purchased for my 2015 Enclave, by the it was purchased at this location. The rails I bought at Buick. I called Jim Trenary and they transferred me to the service department. Ted answered the phone and he had remembers me from the day before. After the rails were put on Ted came out to where I was and apologized for my experience I had received yesterday. He was very sincere and told to always ask for him to make a appointment for my vehicle. Thank you Ted! More

Bought 6 Vehicles here now I would have to say this dealership really goes above and beyond when it comes to the car buying experience. I have had nothing but great experiences I would have to say this dealership really goes above and beyond when it comes to the car buying experience. I have had nothing but great experiences here and to see someone has posted something negative comes as a shock to me. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They have really taken the worry out of car buying from me and my family. In the past I have had some bad experiences with the whole car buying thing and with Jim Trenary I really don't even worry about it anymore. I know when I call up there they will take care of me. THEY ADVERTISE A GUARANTEE OF $5000.00 TRADE IN ON YOUR VEHICLE AND LIE. I HAD CALLED AND INSTANT MESSAGED ASKING ABOUT THIS DEAL BEFORE DRIVING AND HOUR AND A HALF AND WAS TOLD THAT WAS THE DEAL. WE DRIVE VEHICLE AND LIE. I HAD CALLED AND INSTANT MESSAGED ASKING ABOUT THIS DEAL BEFORE DRIVING AND HOUR AND A HALF AND WAS TOLD THAT WAS THE DEAL. WE DRIVE UP THERE AND WELL INTO OUR DISCUSSION ON A NEW CAR THEY OFFER PRACTICALLY NOTHING FOR MY VEHICLE. I WAS LIVID. I COULD HAVE GOTTEN A NEW VEHICLE MUCH CLOSER TO HOME AND SAVED THE AGGRAVATION. WE GET 3 YEARS OF OIL CHANGES AND WASHES FOR FREE AND WON'T BE ABLE TO USE IT BECAUSE THE DEALERSHIP IS TOO FAR AWAY. IF WE WOULD HAVE GOTTEN THE DEAL WE WERE TOLD WE WAS GOING TO RECEIVE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN WORTH GIVING UP THE FREE OIL CHANGES AND WASHES BUT WE WERE LIED TO NOT ONCE BUT SEVERAL TIMES. THEY JUST WANT YOU IN THE DOOR TO MANIPULATE YOU. YES, WE SHOULD HAVE WALKED OUT BUT AFTER WASTING MOST OF OUR DAY ON THIS WE SETTLED. While visiting family in Missouri last week, and having emergency car troubles, I called this dealership and Spoke multiple (5 or 6)times on phone to sales rep Chris regarding 2005 Equinox. Reached agreeme emergency car troubles, I called this dealership and Spoke multiple (5 or 6)times on phone to sales rep Chris regarding 2005 Equinox. Reached agreement for purchase, after extensively going over every detail of transaction. Salesperson let my wife and I drive over 100 miles to purchase vehicle. After arrival, was shown vehicle, and nothing was mentioned about mileage for first 10 minutes or more of looking over vehicle. There was even a sticker in the window listing the low mileage ! Just before test drive , I climbed into front seat and brought up the low miles that I was excited about (55,000) in conversation with Chris, when I was informed there was an innacuracy online by a 3rd party internet sales co. regarding mileage. I thought we had all of the correct info on this vehicle after multiple conversations, and drove 1 1/2 hours to get there !! Why did he let us drive that far, knowing this !!! Needless to say we were very dissapointed and angry that we had been mislead. This vehicle had nearly 130,000 miles !!! He blamed it on this internet company, and his unprofessional sales manager did the same. Never tried to "save the deal" make any kind of other deal on vehicle, nothing. All these guys did was pass the blame and assured me they were working on getting it fixed online as soon as possible. Well, my suspicions were correct on this dealership. Here it is, over a week later, and this fraudulent ad is still online ! I feel like these guys are "fishing" with this vehicle. Get them in the door, and then sell them something else. Needless to say I would NEVER recommend these guys to anyone if this is how a sale is handled. I've bought at least 10 vehicles in my life through the years, and this experience was the WORST I've had . R.W. , Lebanon TN More
