We were trying to buy a Trax until we had to walk out of the finance office. My wife and I have 800+ credit scores and still got a pre-approval (5.89%) for an auto loan. Even so there are more things to consider outside of rate. When we pulled up, we witnessed terrible treatment of another couple. We heard "you are getting almost 9K off and you don't want it? Here let's go find something you can afford" We were provided a high rate and were told "we like to support GM" and "you have to marry the car and date the loan" or "you round up at Mcdonalds why not here" or "we like to add customers with great credit to the GM portfolio so it helps others get a loan" or "it's only $18 a month difference". So, we walked out and Finance manager (Jason) said they would call me the next day to follow-up. Never received a call or email from anyone outside of one telling me the price went down on a vehicle we weren't even looking at. I have never felt punished for excellent credit! We bought a car yesterday. The whole mazda buying experience was incredible. Lou Fusz Mazda thanks you!!! More
I took my Suburban in bc the front camera was unplugged and causing the parking grid lines to not show up while backing up. It needed to be plugged in to be calibrated. When I called I explained the 2 concerns 1. The front camera was unplugged 2. The grid lines on the front and back camera are not working. I came to pick up, paid, and the front camera was plugged in and on but the grid lines were still not working. I went in and John said he didn’t know why that was and couldn’t help. He suggested I should take it back to where I purchased even though this is a Chevrolet service dept??? Then said I needed to go speak to sales and see if they could help me….again this is the service dept. Why don’t they know how to service their technology?! Sales dept said that we need to talk to service dept. Went back to service and John said that it will be another $225 to have them look at the camera again. The original issue that was already paid for was never corrected. I left without resolution. This employee was unknowledgeable, undertrained, and should not be working in such a position. Poor customer service. Did not complete the job. Tried to make me pay a second time! This is unethical business and should be reported. More
My 2022 Silverado suffered total transmission failure with less than 25K miles on it. It’s been sitting in their service department for 8 weeks with no progress made towards repair. They claim the replacement transmission is on back order but cannot provide any expected delivery date. I can’t see myself ever buying another GM product. More
Got a car a couple years ago(and "I got the car" might not be correct because they finilized my paperwork without my permission) and the engine light came on within a few months. The check engine light is still on and no one will do anything to "actually" fix it. Dealership tells me the part is on order and waiting to come in while someone in email from the dealership tells me the part is there and I never came to fix it(this happened in the same day). I have tried BBB and even though I have surveys in my email asking me about my over 12 visits there they send a paper saying I have only been there 4 times!?!? Basically don't go here, I have to pay new prices for a new car that doesn't work as advertised with manufacturer defects they still will do nothing about. And don't talk to BRETT WILKINSON, this is the person that authorized purchase of my car without me. More

It covered the horrendous service dept. 4 years ago I took an express 3500 van in for a gm upgrade. Paid $220 and when I left they said " we couldn't do it " They still charged me! I complained and after 2 week they refunded. Next was 21 I took NEW silverado for fog light upgrade. Again they charged $251 to flash BCM and once again no luck! This refund took a month. 2023 took in wife's car for issues that are literally all over the internet and they said " sorry cant fix" . SAME car was also purchased here, and still owed features from 14 months ago. They kept it 5 days and said " we don't have parts, after calling us to say parts in! 2024 took my C8 in for first oil change, was told Id be in and out as I had 7am waiter appt. After 2 hrs of waiting I walked around back to see my car sitting there. Thinking it was done I asked and was told, "its not done will be a while! " just because you made a 7am apt does not mean thats when you get in". I wrote a review and Nick the service manager called and offered to make it right. He also got my wifes car in the next day for parts owed! Well done Nick. Last week I inquired on a specific truck to buy. 8 hrs later I got a generic response from this child named William Young! I responded with a question and 2 days later I got another generic one liner. Yesterday 04/02/24 I called William and told him I wanted a specific 3500hd. He said he would handle in am. At 11:00am, after he got bored on social media, I get a message saying" someone else has a deal on it working." He claims they don't sell new cars on Tuesdays. He then sends the most childish email with numbers( will post) . After I sat there I got on the GM site and located a truck in town that was actually the High country edition. More than I wanted but lets see. I sent the " test drive " email. 4 minutes later I got a call to see what questions I had. I said I wanted it. Credit app, approval and done in less than 2 hrs! The best part is IM OUT OF TOWN!!! William young is a clown that does not deserve a mop job! He could care less about anything! This other company has my business for life! 91k deal in 2 hrs and they valued me as a client. More
Where do I begin? We drove this car. Decided we liked it. Went through the financing and they found a lower rate than what we walked in with. Great! Well, 3 weeks have We drove this car. The bank still doesn't have any record or paperwork regarding our loan. This was the icing on the cake. Following filling out paperwork, we went to get into the car and the check engine light was on and it ran rough. WHAT??? Handed the keys back to them and told them to fix it. They did. Told us it was a bad coil. After a week of driving the check engine light came on again. Took it back to them for repair. They couldn't supply a loaner. Granted, it was a used car, but still. They're selling cars that are NOT the best of shape. They look good...but that was where it seemed to end. They had the car 2 days and we had to rent a car while they repaired. They said it was the coil. Um, isn't that what was wrong before? Trying to get the service department to return a call is just short of excruciating. This has been the absolute worst experience of my life in purchasing a vehicle. I would NEVER recommend anyone use this dealership. More
When getting the new battery for my Bolt EV, they kept loading it with the wrong software and saying it was charging 100% since the light on the hood indicator was solid green. The tech didn't know that i loading it with the wrong software and saying it was charging 100% since the light on the hood indicator was solid green. The tech didn't know that if the software has it set to charge to 80% (instead of 100% like it should be after a new battery) that the hood light will still be solid green, but instead one has to open the door and look at dash indictor to see it is only at 80%. After them not doing it correctly twice, I took it to another dealer to have them install the correct software. They did it first try. They have also replaced my radio as well. When doing so, they didn't connect the antenna properly nor tape/secure it properly that it eventually started coming loose and I lost AM/FM reception. Due to another dealer being closer to my work and the above battery charging situation, I took to the other dealer to look into the radio situation. I paid $400 to get the antenna connection fixed because it took them several hours to dig into the dash to figure out what the problem was. After getting it fixed Jim Trenary wouldn't reimburse me nor the other dealer for them having to fix it. I would not go to this dealer for repairs nor anything else. They are incompetent on many levels and don't back their repair work. More
Avoid Jim Trenary. I took my car up there to diagnosis a sound that I couldn't figure out. They found the cause and they also found a bolt missing from a guide pin. They tried turning a $20 bolt into a $1700 repair. I checked the parts they wanted me to replace and they are fine. Just needed a bolt. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor in the case I wasn't seeing something and maybe they could clear things up. I was told I would receive a call back and they never did. So to me that means they got caught being shady. More

I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Malibu with Ethan Secosh in September of 2022. In the 10 months that I've had this "brand new" car, it has stopped on me while I've been driving multiple times, and the check engine light has come on multiple times (in fact it's on right now). I've taken the car to the dealer at least twice as it is still under warranty, and Ian, the service department employee I worked with claimed they could not "replicate the issue" either time, so this they couldn't fix anything. Less than a week after they gave me my car back, it stopped again while I was driving it. I'll bet they'll be able to replicate the issue once my warranty is up and they don't have to pay for any repairs to the bum car that they sold me. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with this lemon as I'm not in a position to buy another new car after only less than a year, but let this serve as your warning not to make the same mistake I did. If you're looking for a great Chevy, go ANYWHERE else but here!! More
