Within 24 hours they had diagnosed the problems, researched the extend warranty and kept me informed along the way. The longest delay on repairs was waiting for the parts to come in. Turns out the rattle was the tie rod ends and the grinding waw IWE (four-wheel drive problem). I bought the truck from Tidwell and they have always been where we turned if there was a problem. This extends the life of my truck and makes me double glad I can avoid one the silly EV's. More

These people are horrible sales workers because of this ford dealership I will not never recommend them or to by any Ford models.
