I made an appointment a week ago only to come in on the day of the appointment to wait two hours for an oil change. No one updated me to tell me what was going on. They claimed it was on too tight. if it was on too tight, then it was this dealership who put it on too tight because they were the last dealer to mess with my car. Within 24 hours they had diagnosed the problems, researched the extend warranty and kept me informed along the way. The longest delay on repairs was waiting for the parts to come in. Turns out the rattle was the tie rod ends and the grinding waw IWE (four-wheel drive problem). I bought the truck from Tidwell and they have always been where we turned if there was a problem. This extends the life of my truck and makes me double glad I can avoid one the silly EV's. More
