Then I was told it would be around 12:00 pm when they should be done for an oil change and tire rotation. I stayed because of time already spent driving over here but I will not come back. More
I was not pleased. ..hate to say. Walked in and no one greeted me. Stood there for about 5 minutes until someone said "Good morning, how may I help you". I was told that ..hate to say. Walked in and no one greeted me. Stood there for about 5 minutes until someone said "Good morning, how may I help you". I was told that I would get a phone call about my vehicle. After two days of keeping it, I had to call and request to speak with a service manager. $480 something dollars later, seemed like I was rushed to pick up my car. I say this only because the reception I received a cold welcome, and it seem as if I was rushed to "get the heck out". More

I took my Mustang GT in for an oil change and noticed it was leaking oil a month later. I took it to another Ford Service Center, where they discovered that the oil filter had been installed incorrectly in the housing. The mechanic appeared to struggle/rush to get it in there. It cost me $300 to replace the filter, oil, and have them repair the damaged housing. I called the service manager four times and he never returned any of my calls. More

management of service dept. is poor. I was told to come in on a Saturday by scheduling team for a recall item. I asked them to make sure part was in stock and could be done on is poor. I was told to come in on a Saturday by scheduling team for a recall item. I asked them to make sure part was in stock and could be done on sat. She said yes. Got up bright and early on my day off at peak of high gas prices to go to dealer . Git there and was informed they don't do recall jobs on Saturday. Sent an email why this happened and what i could expect to get it taken care of and never heard back. Woman at service dept. said if I brought during week it would be handled. This time i decided to set up appt on line for oil change and recall item. In comments section I asked if it can be confirmed that part was still in stock and that it could be done and to please reply and confirm Day before appt I still had not heard a thing. I called service dept. and was told any recall would need a few weeks ahead of time to be scheduled out. ( despite being told to just bring it in during week and it would be handled). So you cant get work done online or by calling or expect a response. Time to try a different ford dealer for this stuff, More
I got my 21 Ford Edge oil changed on Saturday July 9, 2022. When I got home I lifted the hood to find oil sprayed all over my engine bay, the underside of my hood, windshield wipers and the lower part of 2022. When I got home I lifted the hood to find oil sprayed all over my engine bay, the underside of my hood, windshield wipers and the lower part of my windshield. I called and left a message for the Service manager Mr. Sims. When he returned my call and I explained what happened, all he would do is apologize. I decided to look at my dash cam video this morning. This dash cam records continuously even when parked. I can see my car being driven into the service bay, the tech lifting the hood and then there is a 30 minute gap in the video while the oil change is supposedly being done. (The ONLY way there would be a gap in the video sequence is if someone disconnected the power to my dash cam). When the video resumes there are three techs standing there, one of them is laughing and one of them is casually wiping stuff around my engine while staring directly at the camera. I wish I had the microphone turned on, I would have loved to hear what they were saying. I will never go back To Tidwell Ford again for any kind of service! More

I was planning on leaving my wife's car there all day to replace the roof rack. I assumed that when I made the appointment and received the confirmation, they knew I was coming. I was informed that the scheduling department is not local and means nothing. This was a Friday. I was told that If I left her car over the weekend they could maybe get to it by Tuesday. Absolutely not. Very disappointed. More
I purchased a 2021 Ford Explorer a year ago, and my AC is already broken! Takes several days for them to even diagnose what’s wrong with your car, the service underwriters don’t know the difference between a already broken! Takes several days for them to even diagnose what’s wrong with your car, the service underwriters don’t know the difference between an engine and a tail light, and everyone at this dealership is flustered and confused. We weren’t offered a car rental until we got the General Manager involved, and our service writer Johnny has absolutely no service or communication skills. They told us they couldn’t find the source of the AC leak, so they suggested we pick it up broken, drive it around with the AC charge, and come back when it breaks again (what?). Expect to follow up with them yourself about what’s going on, when your car will be done, etc. Don’t expect a clear explanation of the work performed or a genuine smile from staff (the smiles are only located in the sales department). Currently taking bets on how long my AC stays cold and looking for suggestions for reliable SUVs. [UPDATE: Jim Tidwell Ford has made absolutely no attempts to discuss my complaints or right their wrongs. They sent me a general customer service email that is obviously a canned response. No phone call or sincere apology about my brand new vehicle not actually being repaired by their service team. STAY AWAY FROM JIM TIDWELL FORD. They do not care about your business, their products, or the customer experience] More
