I was not notified that it would take this long for a diagnostic and was not prepared to be without a car for a week. I've had to call for updates and never get any clear time frames. Patrick is the guy assigned to my vehicle and I informed him that the communication could have been better and just acted like he could care less. It is now Thursday March 23rd (when Patrick told me car would be ready by) and I have had to call yet again for an update and they do not have one. They told me what services needed to be done on Monday afternoon and the estimate states that it is a 4 hour job but for some reason it is Thursday and my car is still not done. I highly suggest NOT using this location for your servicing needs. More

I took my car for an oil change a little over a month ago. Shortly after I left I noticed that my car was making a noise in the front right side of my car. Hard to pinpoint exactly. It's making a clinking noise when driving 5-15 mph.. mainly when you stop and go. It wasn't like that before I got the oil changed so I took it back. The older customer service gentleman rode with me in my car and he could hear it also. He had it sent back to have it serviced again. Eventually, I was told they had stripped a lugnut. They replaced them all. When I started to drive off I still heard the noise. I turned right back around. I was told the noise I was hearing had nothing to do with the oil change or anything they did that day, and that it was my suspension. Okay, guess it was just coincidental. I'll take their word for it. Fast forward about a month later and I take my car back to have it serviced. My main concern was the front right noise, which I was told was the suspension. Candace puts down exactly what I want to have looked at, including the overall suspension. I saw it on her notes that she sent over to me. Candace got back with me and the technician, I think his name was Justin said I needed my brakes and rotors replaced, and the rear differential needed work done. I already knew about my brakes and rotors. I was going to change them myself but okay just go ahead and change them. I really just wanted to know why my car is making a noise in my front right side. Two weeks later, I was told it was ready. Only to find out the car is still making a noise on the front right side. Not only that, an additional problem when you let decelerate the car is making a loud noise from rear differential. So basically the part I wanted to get fixed, did not get fixed. And now my car is making an additional noise. I take it back to them. I had to take Uber everyday to work and back until they finally gave me a rental for it not being ready when they said it was ready. My warranty company, Fidelity reimbursed me until they said it was ready. Ford did not reimburse me for the costs I incurred after they said it was ready. They said it was ready a 2nd time. Car still makes a noise when decelerating just not as loud. The problem I took it there for in the first place is still not fixed. Need to call my warranty company. Didn't reimburse me for any costs I incurred after they had made a mistake fixing it. Super stressful and One of the worse experiences of my life. More
I would like to file a complaint against Jim Tidwell Ford’s service department. It seems to me they are using extortion practices to have preventive maintenance (PM) work done. December 5, 2022 was m Ford’s service department. It seems to me they are using extortion practices to have preventive maintenance (PM) work done. December 5, 2022 was my first and only visit to have routine PM work done on my 2007 F150 truck. It started out odd that my service advisor immediately was bragging about forcing customers to sign waivers to have their oil changed. I asked to have the oil changed, tires rotated, and transmission fluid changed. The service manager said I would have to sign a waiver to have my transmission fluid changed if I did not provide documentation of it being changed in the last 60k miles. He said in his 30 yr experience if he changed it then the transmission would be bad. A. Since when is it a prerequisite to have previous PM documentation to have PM work done? There is nothing documented by Ford anywhere for this. B. I am the original owner with the maintenance manual for this truck. It does not require the frequency mandated by the service manager for transmission fluid changes. It has been well maintained. C. I will not waive my rights to have PM work done. I have had a Pontiac shop leave a shop rag under the intake manifold before – I am not giving away my rights to a strong-armed service manager nor should anyone else. D. I had the transmission fluid changed at another shop after having to take more time off from work and arrange additional transportation. After several hundred miles the transmission is doing fine. The service manager is not as all knowing as he thinks he is. E. I could have generated a fake transmission fluid service change document, but that would be as immoral and unethical as the practices used at this service shop. More

After signing all the paper work, bill of sale, payoff etc...Booked my ride home and they running out telling me they couldn't honor the purchase agreement that I just signed. Made up some excuse that the GM messed up on the appraisal value. Well, I had to cancel Lyft and was charged for that plus they breached the contract that I just signed. Stay away from these guys. I'm sure going to seek legal action. More

I was not pleased. ..hate to say. Walked in and no one greeted me. Stood there for about 5 minutes until someone said "Good morning, how may I help you". I was told that ..hate to say. Walked in and no one greeted me. Stood there for about 5 minutes until someone said "Good morning, how may I help you". I was told that I would get a phone call about my vehicle. After two days of keeping it, I had to call and request to speak with a service manager. $480 something dollars later, seemed like I was rushed to pick up my car. I say this only because the reception I received a cold welcome, and it seem as if I was rushed to "get the heck out". More

I took my Mustang GT in for an oil change and noticed it was leaking oil a month later. I took it to another Ford Service Center, where they discovered that the oil filter had been installed incorrectly in the housing. The mechanic appeared to struggle/rush to get it in there. It cost me $300 to replace the filter, oil, and have them repair the damaged housing. I called the service manager four times and he never returned any of my calls. More
