Stay away from them. I have had to cite fr the manufacture and have three cases open so far bc of that dealership company!!!! I even have video evidence of the cruelty they have displayed towards me. My wife’s father passed away so I was going to make an unexpected 1200 mile trip. I was due for an oil change and tire rotation. I purchased my F-150 and with less than a 160 miles on it, I had an issue with the tailgate. I went to Jim Tidwell Ford, walked into the service department and said I need help. I explained I am in the mi it, I had an issue with the tailgate. I went to Jim Tidwell Ford, walked into the service department and said I need help. I explained I am in the middle of moving and I can't get my tailgate to operate. Immediately Bill Sharp stopped what he was doing and came out to see what he could do. After painless attempts it was apparent it wasn't a simple fix. He got me into the service department the next day. Understanding I was moving, he introduced me to Alexis Dinghy who walked me over and assured me we are going to get truck for you. I continued my move with the mental pickup and had my truck back shortly. Thank you guys for working so hard! More
