I had a service appointment and the drop off went well, but was never called that my vehicle service was done. At the end of the day before closing I called and the said it was complete, but that they need but was never called that my vehicle service was done. When I arrived at the dealer 30 min later, they could not locate my keys and it took about 15 min at the counter to locate the paperwork and keys. Otherwise the service was fine and the price was competitive. More

He never went back on his word and was honest and professional all the way through the buying process. Mike Shishevan in finance was very easy to work with and took care of my longterm warranty needs as well. No pressure just great advice and I took it. Even after buying my truck I had a few parts questions and Luis was there to answer his phone and made me feel like a top priority. I recommend this dealership to do your business at. I was disappointed in the sales process. The sales person was great but the sales manager was rude and made inappropriate comments about the sales person in front of me. Then they committed to have the car cleaned and buffed if necessary to clean up the clear coating they had put on the vehicle. They didn’t do it and the interior of the car was a MESS. It took me 2 hours to get it clean. All of the prior owners paperwork was in the car along with confidential client information. This the first dealership I have ever purchased a car from that didn’t fill the tank. It’s really not a great experience when you write them a check for $93,000 and then have to go fill the car up and take it home and spend 2 hours cleaning it including taking the dealerships rags and cleaners out of the car. I wouldn’t buy another car there. Too many choices. More
