I recently took my 2004 Ford Excursion to Jim Tidwell Ford for an oil change and had an outstanding experience. One of the best parts of my visit was that they didn't try to upsell me or make me feel uncomfortable, which is often a concern as a woman in an automotive setting. The service advisor, Michael Guittar, immediately greeted us and assisted us hours before our scheduled appointment time. Overall, the service was excellent, and I left feeling valued and respected. I highly recommend Jim Tidwell Ford for their friendly and honest service. More

I purchased a new maverick that has had issues with the radiator, the dealership is putting the liability for this damage on me and wants me to pay 1500 for a $750 repair.
