I made an appointment a week ago only to come in on the day of the appointment to wait two hours for an oil change. No one updated me to tell me what was going on. It was only when I asked about my vehicle day of the appointment to wait two hours for an oil change. No one updated me to tell me what was going on. It was only when I asked about my vehicle that I found out that the technician could not get the oil filter off. They claimed it was on too tight. if it was on too tight, then it was this dealership who put it on too tight because they were the last dealer to mess with my car. I wish that you would find a better way of doing your oil changes so that people wouldn’t have to wait 2+ hours on their vehicles, I was highly dissatisfied More
