The actual work performed was done well. Appointments are somewhat misleading as they give the impression your vehicle will be looked at that day. After two days of no response from the service advisor I had to reach out to the service manager to get an answer. After the issue was diagnosed, it took another week for the work to be accomplished. I hardly ever got responses to emails, texts or voicemails from the advisor. In fairness, I saw first hand how busy the shop was but communication doesn’t take that long. I’ve owned Fords most of my adult life and getting a response from this service department was by far the hardest I’ve encountered. I am going to chalk this up to a busy summer workload and hope for better next time. More

The dealership was clean and pleasant. Plenty of seating while waiting for my service to be completed. The girl assisting me with my service was very polite and prompt. However, the service and discount I selected online vs calling in and choosing was done differently in person and didn’t reflect the same pricing as I had selected. I noticed after reviewing the paperwork. All in all a good experience, just need to work on reflecting correct services selected for appointment. More

The Service Technician at the intake counter was efficient, personable, and professional.
