Dealership is good. Dealing with customers should be in order. Stood in line waiting for over 10 minutes when only 1 of the 10 people working actually had a customer. I visited Tidwell Ford without an appointment today. I was told it would take an hour an a half for my service. Matthew was my service writer, he was very nice, helpful, checked on me a couple of times. I was told it would take an hour an a half for my service.
