Sales rep was a chill guy, very down to earth. Kevin Heart deserves better pay and a new boss. It’s a shame he won’t be getting my commission. Great truck buying experience at Jim Shorkey RAM. Spent the last week asking about the Certified Pre-Owned 2022 2500 Ram Big Horn diesel. I like CPO warranty. I was communicating with Dylan Cubbin Spent the last week asking about the Certified Pre-Owned 2022 2500 Ram Big Horn diesel. I like CPO warranty. I was communicating with Dylan Cubbin on the truck and finally stop to see truck and Dylan. Dylan was low keyed, no pressure salesman willing to accomodate all my questions. After talking to Chris Kenney Dylan and I filled out all paperwork and I told him I'd be in next day to finalize the deal. After I got home, since I am an hour away, I was doing some searching and found that truck at one time at shorkey was listed $1000 cheaper. I already signed paperwork, so I figured tough luck on my part. Nope, showed them the price sheet i printed off being $1000 less and Chris said he would be right back. Came right back and honored the lower price, no hassle and apoligized. Thanks Dylan, smoothest experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Everyone there very accommodating and polite.
