After having been treated rudely by a used car salesman at another area dealership, I called this dealership about a vehicle I saw online, only to find out it had just been sold. Mr. Caruso asked exactly what I was looking for in a car and the price I needed to pay. He then asked me if I would allow him to find 'my' car for me. He went out of his way to find the car with the amenities I was looking for at a very reasonable price. Mr. Valentine got a better interest rate for me than anyone else had done. Overall a very positive experience and I'm driving the vehicle that is everything I wanted and needed. I have never experienced this level of customer service with any vehicle I have purchased over the last forty years. My family will return in the future to purchase vehicles from this dealership and one of my friends is going to visit them soon to search for his new car. Over the 39 years, this includes a total of 15 vehicles. Everyone I dealt with at Tom Henry Chevy was professional to the highest degree. Not only the exceptional Sales team but the Service crew too. I was especially impressed by the way Jeff, Wayne, John, and George interacted as to their overall knowledge of their Chevy products but also the highest degree of their honesty and integrity which I rate very highly in anyone's position. If any consumer out there is interested in purchasing or leasing a vehicle, I would highly recommend before doing so, go and visit Tom Henry's dealership especially if you want a Chevy product and an enjoyable time doing so. The sales experience is easy at this dealership. I was able to walk about from the lot during normal business without any approach or pressure from sales persons. When I had found a vehicle that I liked, I approached the sales office, where I was greeted by Ross Caruso - Sales Consultant. Ross handled every aspect of the sale in an efficient and open manner. I was happy to learn that Tom Henry accurately valued my trade vehicle and offered me the most money in return for my investment. The entire sale, including the trade of my old vehicle took approximately 2 hours. Upon meeting with Adam the "acting" Finance Mgr., all of my paperwork was complete and ready for signing, taking just a few minutes. The vehicle was prepared and looking great by the time I had completed the paperwork. I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience. During a final vehicle orientation with Ross I learned that the dealership was actually short-handed this day, as the majority of the sales group and real Finance Mgr. were at a corporate meeting learning how to improve the customer experience at their "soon to be built" new dealership. I was impressed that Ross and Adam were able to handle my sale so quickly and without as much as a single glitch. I was further impressed to learn that Tom Henry is investing in a new dealership and obviously training their employees to conduct business efficiently and in a customer friendly manner.
