Natalie was extremely helpful in getting items taken care of for me. An absolutely wonderful and very pleasant person to have working to make sure that my needs was met. Brought my daughters car in to get an oil leak diagnosed and then fixed. I was suppose to recieve a call the next morning. I didn't, I called and left a message and a manager called me back with a list o and then fixed. I was suppose to recieve a call the next morning. I didn't, I called and left a message and a manager called me back with a list of everything wrong with the car. It is a 2006 model so I know that it needs lots of maintenance. I really got the feeling that they wasn't interesting in working on my car. I wouldn't recommend this dealership for any service. More
