Terrible attitude and do not believe their talk on taking CoVid seriously. They do not all wear masks and they do not social distance. I had to step back several times during my visit as they were never at CoVid seriously. They do not all wear masks and they do not social distance. I had to step back several times during my visit as they were never at a safe distance of 6 feet or more. They lie about what services you need done and are not happy until they hit the $1000 mark on the final ticket. Worst experience I have ever had at a Nissan Dealer and you can bet I will be telling everyone I meet and know to stay clear of them. And, there is not point in contacting the general manager because he will not return your call and does not care what your experience was like. He is a Type A jerk! More

Not a good experience We had the handle on our door break off. After ordering the part from the dealership, It was over a week and I didn't hear anything from them. I called to see if the part came in and they day it was there. They scheduled me to come in on Monday to replace the handle. When I got these the service department told me the part wasn't there, then they checked. It was there, but not painted. I was told it would be Wed before they could get it painted. More
