There will be no future contact. You made your position quite clear concerning the issues I faced at your dealership to me already. The fact that I have made it public is the only reason your suggesting I contact you. You didn’t care until then, again showing your inconsiderate attitude. You don’t have any info concerning the issue because you didn’t care then and the only reason you care now is because I did make it public. I have no intention of ever returning to your dealership but definitely want people to know my bad experience and to be aware should they decide to come there. I’ll be more than happy to take my regular service visits to the tune of $1500/$2000 a year to another Nissan dealer. You are off the list!!!

My statements are dead on. Your sarcasm in your last post shows your true colors and bad attitude. Deny, deny, deny all you want. I know what I experienced in your dealership. I have traveled the US been to many Nissan dealerships. Yours was the absolute worst in attitude. It was posted online so that others could be aware of my experience. The fact that you don’t get that just shows your lack of understanding for good customer care.
