Outstanding service and great surprise I bought the car from Carriage and the oil change was complementary...great..and done rapidly. Actually, it was ahead of schedule. When the service writer came to get me, he told me that they had noticed a problem with the bug deflector, had a replacement from Nissan and fixed the problem. That is the kind of service I love to get...a total surprise, the deflector, not the service. This is my third car from Carriage and will not be the last. More

I recently had my first oil change and again felt welcome and that my time was important to them. I cannot recall my service advisors name, but he had my car serviced and washed much faster than I expected. I am always treated with respect. when I come to carriage. First of all, I want to mention, I have been coming to carriage, since I bought My first Nissian Maxima in 1990 from DC. I have always had My cars and My truck serviced at Carriage, and I don't carry them, to any other dealership.I have had five Nissans since 1990 and My wife, Linda still drives 2000 SUV and I still have a 2005 Nissan Titan truck with 273000 on it and it is running strong, because of people at Carriage like Alex in the service dept. He knows His products and He take care of all My needs for service. I will never change dealerships and I will keep coming as long as I drive Nissans.
