I always go to Carriage for my oil changes/work and have been satisfied each time; however, this last time I didn't get the windshield wipers added on like I requested which would have resulted in me comin been satisfied each time; however, this last time I didn't get the windshield wipers added on like I requested which would have resulted in me coming back for another visit. the oil change sticker isn't always changed;is this enough to warrant a four star rating, I don't know. I live quite a distance away and I guess I expected everything to be taken care of even down to the smallest details . they did wash my car and I was grateful for that. maybe it was just a bad day. I took my Altima to get the brake pads changed after getting a good price from the dealer. Service called to let me know the pads were still in good shape and didn’t need to be replaced at 60,000 miles. getting a good price from the dealer.
